Terms of Use
Last updated: July 2026
Welcome to Inteligo (inteligo.co.il) (the "Site" or the "Platform"). The Site is operated by Phone Leads 440 Ltd. (פון לידס 440 בע"מ) (the "Company", "we" or "Inteligo"). These terms of use (the "Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between the Company and anyone using the Site, whether as a visitor/client looking for a service or as an investigator/investigation agency managing a profile (together and severally: the "User" or "you").
By accessing the Site, browsing it, registering, submitting an inquiry, creating an account or making a purchase, you fully and unconditionally accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the Terms — do not use the Site.
Headings are for convenience only and shall not be used for interpretation.
1. Definitions
- "Content" — any text, information, image, logo, review, question and answer, success story, profile detail, rating or other data displayed on the Site.
- "User Content" — content uploaded, provided or created by a User (including profile details, reviews, Q&A, success stories, inquiries and documents).
- "Investigator" — a private investigator or investigation agency managing a profile on the Platform, or whose details are displayed on it.
- "Client" — a User searching for an investigator, comparing profiles or submitting an inquiry.
- "Inquiry" / "Lead" — a contact request submitted by a Client and forwarded to one or more Investigators.
2. Nature of the service and the Company's role
- Inteligo is an independent commercial media, directory and comparison platform that aggregates information about private investigators and investigation agencies in Israel, and enables clients to find, compare and contact them.
- The Company is not a private investigator, is not an investigation agency, and does not provide investigation services, legal advice or any professional service. The Company is not a party to any engagement, agreement or transaction between a Client and an Investigator.
- The Company acts solely as a technological intermediary for displaying information and forwarding inquiries. Any engagement, negotiation, payment, performance of services and any dispute arising from them are the sole responsibility of the Client and the Investigator, and are not the responsibility of the Company.
- The Company has no affiliation with the Ministry of Justice, the Registrar of Private Investigators or any governmental authority. The Company is not licensed by them and does not act on their behalf. The display of a profile on the Site does not constitute approval, recommendation, certification or a guarantee by the Company or any authority regarding the Investigator.
- Some of the information on the Site originates from public registries and sources; the Company keeps source records and accepts correction and removal requests (Section 7).
3. Eligibility and basic conditions of use
- Use of the Site is permitted for users aged 18 or over who have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- You undertake to provide true, accurate and up-to-date information, and not to impersonate any other person or entity.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for any activity carried out through your account. Unauthorized use must be reported immediately.
4. Prohibited uses
You may not use the Site unlawfully or contrary to these Terms, and in particular you may not:
- Use the Platform or the information on it for any unlawful, harmful, harassing, discriminatory purpose or one that violates the privacy of a third party.
- Order, request or perform an unlawful investigation service, or use the information for surveillance, harassment, extortion or harming any person.
- Publish a review that is false, misleading, paid-for or not based on genuine experience; buy, sell or manipulate ratings and reviews.
- Impersonate others, falsify identity or ownership of a profile, or provide false information.
- Collect information from the Site by automated means (scraping, crawling), copy databases, or make commercial use of the information without the Company's prior written approval.
- Operate, disrupt or circumvent security mechanisms, upload malicious code, or overload the Site's infrastructure.
- Infringe the intellectual property of the Company or of any third party.
5. Obligations and representations of the Investigator / investigation agency
An Investigator managing or claiming a profile represents and undertakes that:
- They hold a valid private investigator's license as required by law, and are legally permitted to offer and provide the services presented in their profile. They must complete an ownership-verification process and provide correct license details.
- All profile information (including contact details, practice areas, experience, descriptions, photos and logo) is true, accurate, current and does not infringe third-party rights. False or misleading information will lead to removal of the profile, cancellation of the subscription without refund, and further measures.
- They will provide their services professionally and in accordance with all applicable law (including the Private Investigators and Guard Services Law, 5732-1972, and the Protection of Privacy Law), and the Company bears no responsibility for how the service is provided, for its results or for its legality.
- They grant the Company a license to display the profile details, logo and content they provided within the Platform, in its marketing and promotion channels and in search results.
- They bear full and exclusive responsibility toward clients and any third party for the services they provide, and will indemnify and hold the Company harmless against any claim or demand arising from their activity.
6. Inquiries and leads
- An inquiry submitted by a Client may be forwarded to one or several relevant Investigators (including through a multi-quote request or the smart assistant).
- The Company does not warrant any quantity, quality, availability or outcome of inquiries, and does not guarantee that an Investigator will respond to an inquiry or accept the case.
- Submitting an inquiry constitutes the Client's consent to forwarding their details to the Investigator(s) for contact purposes. Responsibility for the content of the inquiry and its subsequent use lies with the direct parties.
7. User Content — reviews, Q&A and success stories
- Responsibility: all User Content is the sole responsibility of the person who provided it. The Company does not verify it, is not responsible for its accuracy, and does not adopt it.
- Reviews are meant to reflect genuine experience only, cannot be purchased, undergo screening, and may be removed under the Company's policy.
- Success stories are written by the Investigator at their own responsibility, and are conditional on confirming three declarations: that the case is real, that it contains no identifying details of clients or third parties, and that it contains no promise of an outcome. Every story is moderated by the Inteligo team before publication. Publication of a success story does not constitute a commitment or guarantee of a similar outcome in any other case.
- License: by uploading content you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, process and distribute the content as part of operating and marketing the Site.
- Removal and moderation authority: the Company may, at its sole discretion, reject, edit, moderate, hide or remove any content, at any time and without prior notice, including content that appears to violate the Terms, the law or third-party rights. Offensive content can be reported through the request forms on the Site.
8. Badges, ratings, availability and paid promotion
- "Inteligo's Choice" is an editorial badge granted at the Company's discretion under internal criteria (licensing, ownership verification, profile completeness, activity and quality). The badge cannot be purchased, is not a professional recommendation and is not a guarantee of service quality, and the Company may grant, renew or revoke it at any time.
- The "Available now" status is solely the Investigator's own declaration, is time-limited, and does not constitute a commitment by the Company or the Investigator to accept the case, to answer or to go into the field.
- The "Fast responder" badge is derived solely from automated measurement of response times, cannot be purchased, and is not a guarantee of future response time.
- Highlighting, featured placement and paid promotion are paid products granting placement and display only, are clearly labeled ("Promoted" / "Sponsored"), and do not affect the organic ranking, the reviews or the Client's judgment. Rankings and reviews cannot be purchased.
9. Plans, add-ons, payments and cancellation
- Investigators may purchase subscription plans (monthly or annual), paid add-ons and promotion products. Plan descriptions, capabilities and prices are displayed on the pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
- Payment processing is performed by an external payment provider (Grow) and subject to its terms. The Company does not store full payment-method details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled beforehand. A subscription may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and does not entitle the subscriber to a pro-rata refund, except as required by law (including the Consumer Protection Law).
- Non-payment or a failed charge may lead to suspension or removal of paid capabilities. Purchasing a capability or promotion does not confer any vested right beyond the paid period.
- Transaction cancellation will be handled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the regulations under it. The Company may change prices and plans; a change will not apply retroactively to a period already paid for.
10. Intellectual property
All rights in the Site, its design, code, the "Inteligo" brand, the logo, texts, structure, databases and any content created by the Company are reserved exclusively to the Company. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, published or used commercially without the Company's prior written consent. Investigators' marks and logos are the property of their owners and are displayed under license for the purposes of the Platform.
11. Privacy
Processing of personal data is governed by the Company's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Use of the Site constitutes consent to the collection and processing of data as described in it.
12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
- The Site, the information and the services are provided "AS IS" and as available, without any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, availability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
- The Company is not responsible for the qualification, licensing, professionalism, integrity or quality of service of any Investigator, and does not warrant that profile information is correct or up to date. Choosing an Investigator and engaging with them are the Client's sole responsibility, and it is recommended to independently verify license, identity and terms before engaging.
- The Company shall not be liable for any damage — direct, indirect, consequential, special or punitive — including loss of profit, data, reputation or opportunity, caused by use of the Site, reliance on information on it, engagement with an Investigator, User Content, malfunction, service interruption or any act or omission of a third party.
- Without derogating from the above, and in any case where liability is imposed on the Company notwithstanding the above, the Company's total aggregate liability toward a User shall not exceed the amount actually paid by that User to the Company in the three months preceding the event underlying the claim, and in the absence of any payment — shall not exceed NIS 200.
- This section applies to the maximum extent permitted by law and does not derogate from rights that cannot be waived by law.
13. Indemnification
You undertake to indemnify and compensate the Company, its shareholders, directors and employees for any damage, loss, expense or payment (including attorneys' fees and legal costs) incurred by them due to your breach of the Terms or the law, due to content you provided, or due to a third-party claim or demand arising from your activity on the Site or from a service you provided or received through it.
14. Suspension, blocking and termination
The Company may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend, block or cancel an account, profile or access to the Site, and remove content, in any case of breach of the Terms, suspected unlawful or harmful activity, or for any other reasonable cause, without derogating from any other remedy available to it by law.
15. Changes to the Terms and the service
The Company may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page and takes effect upon publication. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The Company may also change, add or discontinue any part of the Site or the services, including capabilities, plans and promotion products, at any time.
16. General
- If any provision of the Terms is held invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
- The Company's waiver of a right in one instance shall not be deemed a waiver of that right in any other instance.
- You may not assign your rights or obligations under the Terms without the Company's consent. The Company may assign its rights.
- These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding use of the Site.
17. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction in any matter relating to the Terms or to use of the Site is vested in the competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district.
